Delivery Coverage
Local Deliveries – Currently, we deliver exclusively within Lagos but have plans to expand to other regions in Nigeria soon.
Shipping Schedule – Orders placed and confirmed before 10 AM are shipped the same day. Orders after this time are shipped the next business day.
Shipping Charges
Standard Charges – In the future shipping costs may vary based on the location within Lagos and will be calculated at checkout. Currently, charge a flat fee of 2500 naira only. This will change without notice.
Free Shipping – We may offer promotional free shipping from time to time. Stay tuned to our website and social media for such offers.

Returns and Refunds
Damaged Products – We only accept returns if the product is damaged upon delivery. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately at hello@drinkmata.ng with photographic evidence.
Return Process – Eligible returns must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Our team will assess the damage and, if approved, will initiate the return process.
Refund Process – Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method
